Description
Timo Sarpaneva was an internationally renowned Finnish artist and professor. He rose to prominence as an acclaimed name in design already in the early 1950s. Sarpaneva received numerous awards and international recognitions during his career, including the Grand Prix at the Milan Triennial in 1954 (*3) and the Lunning Prize in 1956. He was also awarded the Pro Finlandia medal in 1958.
The pair (2 pieces) of candleholders are in very good condition. They are very well kept, and as good as new.
