Description

Timo Sarpaneva was an internationally renowned Finnish artist and professor. He rose to prominence as an acclaimed name in design already in the early 1950s. Sarpaneva received numerous awards and international recognitions during his career, including the Grand Prix at the Milan Triennial in 1954 (*3) and the Lunning Prize in 1956. He was also awarded the Pro Finlandia medal in 1958.

The decanter i-406 and shot glasses i-103 are in good condition.

Observations: The decanter is intact and presents well overall. There are minor scratches and signs of wear across the body, visible under certain lighting conditions and at specific angles.
