Product prices apply Margin scheme – Second-hand goods (marginaalivero) or outside EU area VAT 0% Export of goods. Prices are final prices, and used items don’t include deductible VAT. Shipping costs are added.
We reserve all the rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices.

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
We give as realistic picture of the product’s condition as possible. Our products are second hand goods, mainly from 1950s to 1970s, so some wear may occur.

ORDERS
Orders are made via shopping cart in the website www.keravanloyto.com. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the web store to pay for the order. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs.

Confirmation of the order is being sent to your by e-mail with information about the price, postage prices and ordered goods. When placing the order you have to give your e-mail address. Please note that all orders using online payments are binding and must follow current terms of purchase and delivery.

PAYMENTS
Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the web store. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. The trade happens between the online customer and the web store. The web store is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Products and their postage are paid at the time of ordering.

Payment methods

Visa and MasterCard are accepted as payment cards. Card details are transmitted to the payment intermediary via a secure connection (SSL). We do not store credit card details in our web store’s database at any time.

Visma Payments Oy is a payment intermediary service for online bank payments, provided in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The payment methods are:

– Bank payments: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, POP Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, OmaSp, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken.

– Card payments: Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards

– Mobile payments: MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay

DELIVERY
We pack with care. We aim to dispatch orders within seven working days of ordering. The shipment type in accordance to clients wishes. Shipping costs are defined by the selected delivery method, possible extra services, shipment weight and size. The shipping costs can be seen in the check-out functionality before confirming the order. We inform in case of changes in delivery times.

If the customer wants to arrange the shipment themselves, select Local pickup from Keravan Löytö store when ordering and inform us by e-mail kirsi(at)keravanloyto.com how the transport is handled and on what schedule.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Postage fare includes postage and packaging material. You can see the total price of shipping costs after choosing the delivery method, delivery location and the way of payment. We pack with care and use also recycled materials.

Inside Finland, we use Posti, Matkahuolto and Postnord as carrierservice. The shipment methods are letter (small items), post parcel, parcel point delivery (to the closest parcel point) or home parcel.

For orders outside Finland, we use multiple carrierservices. To Baltic countries, Sweden and Denmark we use Postnord parcel point delivery, UPS parcel point delivery and UPS door-to-door service. To other countries in Europe we use Posti Express Mail Service, UPS parcel point delivery and UPS door-to-door service. For rest of the world we use Posti Express Mail Service and UPS Expedited door-to-door service. You can find additional information about services and delivery times on their own websites. Keravan Löytö Oy is not liable of any tax or customs tariff in receiving countries.

You can also pick up your order straight from our shop in Kerava, Finland (Santaniitynkatu 7 C, 04250 Kerava). Pick up should take place within 7 days from placing the order. If you want to pick up order the same day as bought, please make sure that it is available at the store. You can see our opening hours on the Contact page.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
You have the right to exchange or refund a product within 14 days of it’s arrival. The product must be in the condition in which it was received by the customer, and include all the parts and packed in its original packaging or equivalent. Postage costs of the returns will be paid by the customer. With the return, please attach the following information:

Reason for the return
Your Name, Address, Phone number
Bank account details for the refund
A copy of the order confirmation

We don’t accept returns after 14 days of their delivery. When the return has been accepted, the payment will be refunded to your account.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If the product has gone missing, got damaged during delivery or got a wrong product, please inform by email at once kirsi(at)keravanloyto.com or by mail:

A wrong product or damaged item must be notified within 14 days of its arrival.

If a parcel has been damaged during delivery, a notice must also be made to the logistics company immediately.
