Description
Tapio Wirkkala was a Finnish designer, sculptor and master of glass design. He created numerous objects that have become classics and received many awards for his work throughout his career. Wirkkala was a versatile artist who worked with materials such as glass, wood, porcelain, metal and plastic. In addition to art glass, he designed a wide range of everyday objects and tableware.
This beautiful pair of silver candlesticks designed by Wirkkala is in very good condition.
Observations: The bottom fabric is missing.
