Description
Helena Tynell was a Finnish glass designer. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a designer at Arabia from 1943 to 1946. In 1946, she became a designer for Riihimäen Lasi. After the closure of the Riihimäen Lasi factory, Tynell moved to Germany in 1976, where she designed lighting and later also art glass objects for the Limburg glassworks.
With the signature this is a rare find! Good condition for its age.
Observations: Some tiny cracking and wear at the top edge and on the bottom edge, slight wear on the bottom. Shown in the pictures.
