Description
Tapio Wirkkala was a Finnish master of glass design with a deep connection to nature. His work beautifully captures the essence of the Finnish landscape in glass. He received numerous recognitions, including three gold medals at the Milan International Triennial in 1951 and 1954.
Good condition for its age. Beautiful piece!
Observations: Few most likely production-related tiny black dots inside glass mass, couple of tiny air bubbles inside glass mass, slight wear on the bottom and a tiny crack on the bottom edge. Shown in the pictures, and ask for more pictures if needed.
