Description
Aune Siimes was a Finnish ceramic artist. She worked at Arabia from 1932 to 1964 and received gold medals at the Milan Triennial in 1951 and 1954. She is especially known for her thin, relief-decorated bowls.
The ceramic pitcher is in very good condition for its age. Beautiful piece!
Observations: Small defect and slight wear at the bottom edge. A small hole at the base of the gripper, most likely a production-related mark.
