Description

Helena Tynell was a Finnish glass designer. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a designer at Arabia from 1943 to 1946. In 1946, she became a designer for Riihimäen Lasi. After the closure of the Riihimäen Lasi factory, Tynell moved to Germany in 1976, where she designed lighting and later also art glass objects for the Limburg glassworks.

Decanter and shot glasses are in good condition for their age. The box has wear and tear.
Observations: Clear original cap which has a tiny crack on the edge. Couple of air bubbles in the decanter’s glass mass, little wear on the decanter’s body and on the bottom. Shown in the pictures. Shot glasses has slight wear on the bottoms. Three glasses has minor defects, which are shown in the pictures.
